18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 18–80 years old; (2) Dialysis age >= 3 months; (3) The treatment method is hemodialysis; (4) Resident in Northeast China; (5) Ability to obtain key baseline information required for research, such as demographic data, underlying disease history, dialysis prescriptions, laboratory indicators, etc.; (6) Individuals who voluntarily participate in this study and provide questionnaires and biological samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Life expectancy < 6 months; (2) Individuals planning to undergo kidney transplantation within the next 3–6 months; (3) Individuals planning to relocate from the Northeast region or transfer to dialysis units outside of research centers in the near future; (4) Individuals with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to understand the research content or cooperate with follow-up visits; (5) Patients or their legal representatives who refuse to sign informed consent forms. (6) Illiterates.
