Inclusion criteria: 1 Born in 2000 or later; 2 Informed consent; 3 Voluntary participation in this study; Internship duration >= 1 month; 5 Currently doing clinical internship.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with mental or psychological disorders; Participating in other clinical studies during the same period; Those with clinical practice experience.
