Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 2. Regardless of gender 3. ASA I ~ III 4. For patients to undergo abdominal surgery, the estimated operation time is 2 h ~ 4 h
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease 2. Liver and kidney insufficiency 3. Neuromuscular joint disease 4. Morbid obesity (BMI>40) 5. Allergic to the drug involved in the test 6. Patients who have been included in this study are readmitted, or who are participating in other studies, or who refuse to participate in this study
