Pulmonary function after abdominal surgery in elderly patients

Interventions

The Suganglucosesodium group (Group S):When the TOF count was 2 after the operation, a single intravenous injection of Sugamosaccharide sodium at a dose of 2 mg/kg was given.
Neostigmine and atropine group (Group N):When the TOF count was 2 after the operation, a single intravenous injection of neostigmine at 0.02 mg/kg+ atropine at 0.01 mg/kg was given.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 2. Regardless of gender 3. ASA I ~ III 4. For patients to undergo abdominal surgery, the estimated operation time is 2 h ~ 4 h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease 2. Liver and kidney insufficiency 3. Neuromuscular joint disease 4. Morbid obesity (BMI>40) 5. Allergic to the drug involved in the test 6. Patients who have been included in this study are readmitted, or who are participating in other studies, or who refuse to participate in this study

Pulmonary function tests: percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to predicted value (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2), arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), and carbon dioxide at the end of expiratory time (PETCO2);

General information, operation time, anesthesia time, total dose of intraoperative muscle relaxants, time from final muscle relaxations to the end of operation, time from the end of operation to extubation, time with a TOFr of 0.9, time with a TOF count of 2, and duration of stay at PACU;
