Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) in line with the diagnostic criteria specified in China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes (2024 Edition); 2.Aged 18 years or older; 3.Having received hypoglycemic drug treatment for at least 3 months; 4.Hospitalized for hypoglycemic treatment due to Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus or its related complications; 5.Conscious, free from mental or cognitive impairments, and with a certain level of comprehension ability; 6.Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute or severe complications of diabetes, such as ketoacidosis, severe diabetic foot infection, end-stage diabetes, etc; 2.Patients with cognitive impairment, or those diagnosed with Parkinson's syndrome, dementia, disability, or other conditions that cause impairments in listening, speaking, reading, or writing; 3.Patients with malignant tumors; 4.Patients who have not signed the informed consent form;
