Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) was confirmed according to MP antigen and antibody detection and NGS detection results, and the presence of macrolide resistance genes; 2.Age < 8 years old; 3.All signed off-label informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete examination or record of indicators before and after doxycycline administration; 2. Doxycycline treatment duration <=2d; 3. Children who did not agree to receive safe follow-up.
