Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: 150 subjects with functional lumbar instability who underwent dynamic X-ray and lumbar MRI were recruited from Suzhou Municipal Hospital. Part III: Sixty subjects who met the diagnostic subtypes identified in Part I were selected from those recruited in Part I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part 1: Presence of structural lumbar instability, tumor, infection, metabolic disease, fracture, pregnancy, history of surgery, neurological disorders, psychiatric history, or contraindications to exercise (e.g., severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases). Part 3: Exclusion of tumor, infection, metabolic disease, fracture, pregnancy, history of surgery, neurological disorders, psychiatric history, or contraindications to exercise (e.g., severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases).
