Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with sepsis. 2. The duration of stay in the ICU is >=24 hours. 3. Adult patients (age >= 18). 4.Both the patient and his/her family members have given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute or chronic skin diseases or burns. 2. At the time of admission to the department, there was already stage 2 or above pressure injury. 3. Patients with incomplete data and information, who cannot tolerate this trial or have given up treatment. Patients with edema, bruising, injury, burns, or being wrapped in gauze on both upper limbs that affect the operation.
