Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinical nurses with at least one year of working experience in a hospital; 2. Full-time nurse capable of independently performing nursing tasks; 3.possess nurse practitioner qualifications; 4. Understand the purpose and process of this research and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Plans to transition away from their clinical role during the study period (next 24 months) (e.g., to an administrative or academic position, or taking maternity leave for >=12 months); 2.Concurrently participating in another interventional study with significant overlap in questionnaire content.
