18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing radical surgery for gastric or colorectal cancer; 2. Histologically confirmed primary gastric or colorectal cancer; 3. Patients aged >=18 and <=85 years at the time of surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other malignancies; 2. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery; 3. Distant metastases (liver, lung, or peritoneum); 4. Preoperative infection or inflammatory disease or antibiotic use; 5. Emergency surgery; 6. Autoimmune disease or immunomodulatory/steroid therapy.`
