Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) no history of neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders; (ii) at least two years of regular strength training experience; (iii) self-reported good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) current smokers; (ii) individuals reporting a risk of caffeine allergy.
