High-intensity interval training group:It consists of three progressive stages: Weeks 1-3:30 seconds of work /30 seconds of rest (1:1), target intensity: 75%-80% HRMAX

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 11 and 12 years old, as this age group has been underrepresented in previous studies; 2. Did not engage in regular extracurricular physical exercise within the three months prior to the study; 3. No contraindications to exercise; 4. Informed consent from myself and my legal guardian;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications or restrictions on physical activity; 2. Acute diseases or sports-related injuries; 3. Diagnosed as a mental or psychological disorder; 4. Congenital or acquired cardiovascular diseases.
