18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age >= 60 years; 2. diagnosis in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for heart failure in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018; 3. compliance with the American New York Heart Association cardiac function grading standard grade II to III; 4. informed consent; 5. no mental illness, no cognitive impairment, willing to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute heart failure episodes; 2. unconsciousness and the presence of speech and cognitive deficits that prevent cooperation; 3. Advanced stage of heart failure; 4. Combination of other systematic serious diseases.
