18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients on maintenance dialysis (CKD stage 5D, eGFR < 15 ml/(min·1.73 m^2)). 2.Age between 18 and 85 years, inclusive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases. 2.Malignancy (cancer) or a life expectancy of less than 3 months. 3.Pre-existing conditions that cause pulmonary dysfunction, such as COPD, bronchial asthma, interstitial lung fibrosis, or pleural effusion. 4.Inability to cooperate and complete pulmonary function tests. 5.Contraindications to or intolerance of pulmonary function testing. 6.Any other conditions deemed by the investigators as grounds for ineligibility.
