18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Pregnant women with confirmed early pregnancy (<=12+6 weeks); 3. Single pregnancy; 4. able to read text and communicate normally; 5. voluntary participation in the study after informing about the purpose of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High-risk pregnancy: Pregnant women with chronic diseases or other comorbidities; 2. a history of mental disorders; 3. concurrent participation in other studies.
