Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case population: Patients with primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by pathology or endoscopy, and Han residents who have lived in high-risk areas for more than 20 years. Control population: According to the 1:1 matching principle, select Han residents of the same gender, with an age difference of +/- 5 years, and local permanent residents as the control population. Informed consent form content, and agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy before sampling. 2. Pregnant or lactating patients.
