Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for mild depression; 2. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score: 7 < HAMD total score < 17; 3. No gender restrictions, aged between 18 and 55; 4. First onset, no prior medication treatment; 5. Able to complete questionnaires independently, give informed consent, and participate voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with clinically diagnosed moderate to severe depression, or patients with previous psychiatric disorders or organic mental disorders; 2. Patients with severe diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, etc.; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Depressive episodes caused by psychoactive substances or non-addictive substances; 5. Known alcoholics or substance-dependent individuals; 6. Patients with strong suicidal intentions or behaviors; 7. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; 8. Patients who have received antidepressant treatment; 9. Age over 55 or under 18 years; Individuals meeting any of the above criteria shall be excluded.
