Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with IPCA by digital subtraction angiography (DSA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with acute cerebral infarction (onset <2 weeks), cerebrovascular malformations, and other severe cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Severe allergy to contrast agents; 3. Severe heart failure; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Extracranial aneurysms; 6. History of surgery within the past 6 months; 7. Missing imaging data.
