30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30-80 years old; 2. The course of the disease is 1-3 months; 3. Brunnstrom stage III-VI. of the affected lower limb; 4. Modified Ashworth scale grade =24 points, able to cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 7. The patient or his family members sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of other neurological diseases (except stroke) and musculoskeletal diseases affecting lower limb muscle strength and endurance; 2. Failure of important organs such as heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 3. Wearing a pacemaker, metal implants in the skull or pacemakers implanted in the body, or cranial defects; 4. History of epilepsy; 5. Patients with thrombosis of the lower extremities; 6. Patients with severe vision, hearing, speech or mental disorders that affect examination and treatment.
