Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age >= 18 years; 2. meet the MM diagnostic criteria of the 2014 International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) guidelines; 3. bone marrow specimens from MM patients before and after treatment can be obtained, and the collection, processing and preservation methods of bone marrow specimens meet the needs of the study; 4. Complete clinical baseline data can be obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of other haematological tumours; 2. Combination of other active, uncontrolled malignant solid tumours; 3. Combination of active HIV infection; 4. Combination of coagulation abnormality
