Interventions

Intervention Group:The initial tube selection and intubation were performed using the tracheal intubation strategy recommended by the airway three-dimensional reconstruction system.
Control group:The anesthesiologist selects the catheter size and insertion method empirically based on the patients gender, height, and chest imaging.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Scheduled for elective VATS partial lung resection (e.g., wedge resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy) with intraoperative DLT intubation; 3. ASA physical status class I-III; 4. Preoperative chest CT data available for three-dimensional reconstruction; 5. Willing to participate in the study and voluntarily provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative severe respiratory diseases, such as severe COPD (defined as GOLD grade =3), pulmonary infection, or acute asthma exacerbation; 2. Clinically predicted difficult airway, including but not limited to limited neck extension, spinal deformity, airway or head/neck tumors, or significant anatomical abnormalities of the airway.
