Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is at least 18 years old; 2.The duration of mechanical ventilation is at least 24 hours; 3.The informed consent form has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are patients with unmanaged pneumothorax; 2. Patients with high intracranial pressure; 3.Patients with neurological disorders that affect muscle strength before the operation; 4.Patients with unstable hemodynamic conditions; 5. Comatose patients.
