3 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with MMD or MMS who were clinically diagnosed and underwent direct / indirect bypass surgery in our hospital. 2.Patients underwent ASL MRI examination during perioperative period. 3.Volunteers participated in the imaging follow-up study. 4.The subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.MMD or MMS patients who have not been operated in our hospital. 2.No ASL MRI examination in perioperative period. 3.The subjects did not participate in the imaging follow-up study. 4.Patients aged > 80 and < 3 years old. 5.The subjects did not sign the informed consent form.
