Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis (2021)" [5], and who are experiencing their first episode. The diagnostic criteria for AP include the following three items, with a diagnosis of AP confirmed if any two are met: (1) Persistent pain in the upper abdomen; (2) Serum amylase and/or lipase levels at least three times the upper limit of normal; (3) Abdominal imaging results showing changes consistent with acute pancreatitis (pancreatic edema or peripancreatic fluid collection); 3. Conscious, with no history of severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, past or present; 4. Voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pancreatitis requiring surgical treatment; 2.Those with other serious diseases, such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney insufficiency, as well as malignant tumors; 3.During pregnancy or lactation.
