Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the AIH simplified diagnostic score criteria proposed by the International Autoimmune Hepatitis Group (IAIHG) in 2008; 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary biliary cholangitis; 3.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary sclerosing cholangitis; 4.Meeting the lgG4-SC clinical diagnostic criteria; 5.Age >18, <=75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with viral, drug-induced, alcoholic, fatty liver injury and hepatic decompensation; 2.Patients with severe diabetes, heart, lung, kidney and other organ diseases or functional impairment; 3.Those who have no relevant follow-up information and cannot be contacted.
