Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial aneurysms undergoing interventional surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Age >=18 years old; 4. Single lumen common endotracheal tube was placed; 5. Mallampatti grade I-III; 6. BMI 18-28 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult intubation is expected or no extubation is expected after operation 2. preoperative communication disorders 3. History of allergy to amide local anesthetics 4. severe liver and kidney dysfunction/cardiovascular disease/nervous system disease 5. History of asthma or airway hypersensitivity 6. Recent respiratory infection/cold 7. High risk of reflux aspiration (pregnancy/obesity/gastrointestinal obstruction/emergency satiety/esophageal obstruction/esophagotracheal fistula/high intracranial pressure/nausea and vomiting/cardia relaxation/critical condition, etc.).
