Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nucleus pulposus calcified, protruded, exuded and dissociated; 2. All patients had severe back pain accompanied by radiation pain, numbness and weakness of one or both lower limbs; 3.Patients who have experienced formal conservative treatment outside the hospital or in the hospital for more than 2 weeks and have failed, or the symptoms are serious and need immediate surgery, and the symptoms seriously affect their work and life; 4.Lumbar motion may be limited to varying degrees, with the straight leg elevation test <=70º, pain, sensory disturbance or decreased muscle strength in the area innervated by the pinched nerve root; 5.Excluding cases of simple lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar spondylolisthesis; 6.Imaging: Recurrent lumbar disc herniation with CT and MRI imaging findings consistent with symptoms and signs, and the compression caused by other reasons was excluded; 7.All patients signed informed consent, were willing to cooperate with postoperative follow-up and voluntarily accepted regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With lumbar central spinal stenosis, intervertebral disc space is too narrow; 2. had undergone chemical dissolution; 3.There is spinal segment instability or severe lumbar spinal stenosis; 4.Two or more segments of intervertebral disc herniation, spinal deformity, spinal tuberculosis, spinal tumors, vertebral fractures and other complications; 5.Imaging examination showed no obvious nerve compression patients; 6. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, blood system and respiratory system diseases; 7.Patients with consciousness disorder, mental illness and communication disorder; 8. Patients who themselves or their family members refused to participate in this study.
