Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >= 18 years old; 2. Hepatocellular carcinoma: First diagnosis, no history of anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy, interventional therapy, etc.), no metastasis, underwent radical surgical resection, and postoperative pathological examination of the cancer tissue confirmed primary hepatocellular carcinoma.; 3. Chronic hepatitis B: HBsAg (+), HBV DNA < 500 um/ml (regardless of whether antiviral drugs are taken or not); 4. No other liver diseases: such as chronic hepatitis C, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, metabolic liver disease (hepatolenticular degeneration), etc. 5. No history of other chronic diseases: such as history of other malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, severe heart, lung, kidney, and blood diseases, etc. 6. History of alcohol consumption: None; 7. History of smoking: None/occasional; 8. Tumor markers: Elevated AFP, normal CEA and CA19;
