Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging findings meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2. Criteria for neurogenic bowel dysfunction are met according to the Rome IV criteria and the World Gastroenterology Organisation (WGO) guidelines on anorectal disorders, and the bowel dysfunction occurred after the onset of neurological impairment due to stroke; 3. Adult patients aged >=18 years; 4. Conscious, with stable vital signs, and able to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with perianal diseases such as anal fissure, perianal abscess, rectal prolapse, or severe hemorrhoids; 2. Patients with malignant tumors of the nervous or digestive systems; 3. Patients with a history of chronic constipation, diarrhea, or other intestinal dysfunction; 4. Patients with cardiac or renal dysfunction.
