Individual exercise (IE) program:For the monthly supervised exercise, the patients in the individual exercise group will have one-to-one exercise sessions, which means one patient with one physiothera
Group exercise (GE) program:Three to four patients will be randomly assigned to a group. Within the mobile application, they were placed into peer groups that enabled observation of each other’s exerc

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are newly diagnosed with AIS and have no previous treatment; 2. Primary curve of 20 – 40 degrees; 3. Risser sign of 0–2; 4. Prescribed spinal orthosis in our clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with diagnoses other than AIS; 2. Contraindications to exercise; 3. Subjects have received prior treatment for AIS; 4. Concern or doubt about treatment.
