Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-45 years old, healthy, no underlying disease; 2. Informed and signed consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable hemodynamic signs such as pale face and blood pressure drop during exercise; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with cycling exercise for various reasons; 3. Other investigators think that it is not suitable to participate in the exercise.
