Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: By calculating the scores of the questionnaire scale, screen out the bottom 35% of both the total score of the delayed satisfaction scale and the bottom 35% of the total score of the SES.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment, mental disorders (such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and substance use disorder); Report eye diseases such as ophthalmic surgeries, the use of photosensitive drugs or retinopathy; Received cognitive behavioral intervention or drug treatment in the past three months.
