Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals studying or working in Shenzhen, including university students and employed staff; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Students must have at least three years of expected remaining study period at school or plan to continue studying and working in Shenzhen in the future; employed staff must hold a work contract of three years or longer; 4. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe physical illnesses (such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, or major organ failure) or mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, depression, etc.); 2. Individuals without a stable place of study/living, or those engaged in highly mobile or non-fixed location occupations (such as long-distance drivers, tour guides, or field sales representatives).
