Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the first part: (1)All adults over 18 years old in the PD database of our center; (2)Patients diagnosed with ERSD and treated with PD for more than 6 months; (3)Having complete medical records available for review with at least 12 - month follow - up, including the start time of dialysis, dialysis parameters, follow - up records of complications, etc; 2. Inclusion criteria for the second part: (1)1) All adults over 18 years old in the PD database of our center; 2)Patients diagnosed with ERSD and treated with PD for more than 6 months; 3)Patients with complete medical records available for review after at least 12 - month follow - up, including the start time of dialysis, laboratory test indicators, follow - up records of complications, etc; (2)1)Adults aged 18 or above; 2)PD patients who are under regular follow - up. Regular follow - up is defined as having at least one PD outpatient follow - up visit within half a year; 3)The patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form; (3)1)Adults aged 18 or above; 2)PD patients who are undergoing regular follow - up. Regular follow - up is defined as having at least one PD outpatient follow - up within half a year; 3. Inclusion criteria for the third part: (1)Adults aged over 18 years old; (2)Patients who newly start peritoneal dialysis (PD) at this center, with the calculation starting from the date of PD catheter placement surgery; (3)Due to the need to observe outcome events, the follow - up time is at least 24 months; (4)The patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for the first part: (1)Other major health problems: Diseases such as active - stage cancer, severe cardiovascular diseases, and liver failure that may affect the disease progression or dialysis efficacy; (2) Patients lacking relevant medical records or baseline data; 2. Exclusion criteria for the second part: (1)1)Other major health problems: Patients with advanced malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular diseases, liver failure and other diseases that may affect the disease progression or dialysis effect; 2)Patients lacking relevant medical records or baseline data; (2)1)Patients who undergo intermittent HD during the PD treatment process, with 3 or more HD sessions per month for three consecutive months; 2)Other major health problems: Diseases such as active - stage cancer, severe cardiovascular diseases, and liver failure that may affect the disease progression or dialysis effect; 3)Cognitive or psychological disorders: Patients who cannot understand the research content or cannot provide informed consent; (3)1)Patients who receive intermittent HD during the PD treatment process, with 3 or more HD sessions per month for three consecutive months; 2)Other major health problems: Diseases such as active - stage cancer, severe cardiovascular diseases, and liver failure that may affect the disease progression or dialysis effect; 3)Those who cannot complete the follow - up or have incomplete data; 3. Exclusion criteria for the third part: (1)Patients who had intermittent HD during the PD treatment process, with 3 or more HD sessions per month for three consecutive months; (2)Other major health problems: Diseases such as active - stage cancer, severe cardiovascular diseases, and liver failure that may affect the disease progression or dialysis effect; (3)Cognitive or psychological disorders: Patients who cannot understand the research content or cannot provide informed consent; (4)Patients with irregular follow - up or poor compliance;
