Interventions

Bloodletting group by bloodletting at Shoushi jing point:Each subject was subjected to bloodlet by acupuncture at different acupoints (Shushijing, Shuigou, Laogong, random order) three times, and the
Electrical stimulation group:Each subject received three electrical stimulation of different frequencies (10Hz, 40Hz, 100Hz, random order), and the washout period was 7 days.
Hand nerve electrical stimulation group:For each subject, the ulnar nerve, radial nerve and median nerve of the hand were simultaneously subjected to three different frequency electrical stimulations

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Good past health status, without diseases of the nervous system, cardiovascular system, hematological system, etc.; 3.No contraindications to electrical stimulation, acupuncture, or related treatments in the past; 4.Willing to participate in the trial and able to follow the trial requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participation in other trials that may affect the study results within the past month; 2.Communication barriers, impaired hearing or vision, cognitive disorders; 3.Individuals with drug or alcohol abuse; 4.Pregnant and breastfeeding individuals.
