Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 32 weeks = 7 at birth, male or female not limited 2. 1500 grams <= gestational age<2500 grams 3. Premature infants have good suction force upon enrollment, without spitting or coughing 4. Muscle tone and binaural hearing tests are normal 5. Need fundus screening 6. No liver or kidney dysfunction; No congenital genetic diseases; No congenital heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. 5 minutes after birth, Apgar score= 1, continuous three days, and termination of the study
