Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Based on the subject's clinical manifestations, various scale assessments, imaging examinations, biomarker testing, and HTT gene testing—specifically, gene sequencing revealing a CAG repeat expansion of >39—a definitive diagnosis of Huntington's disease was established. 2. Based on the absence of any neurological or psychiatric disorders, a family history of such disorders, and any history of—or current—major medical conditions, the individual is classified as a healthy volunteer. 3. Possesses the capacity to understand and sign the informed consent form, is willing to participate in the study, and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence or history of other neurological disorders (including neurosurgery, intracranial hematoma, stroke/cerebrovascular disease, demyelinating disease, epilepsy) may interfere with imaging or PET examinations, or abnormal neurological examination findings may suggest central nervous system lesions; 2. History of severe trauma, infection, injury, and surgery in the past three months; 3. Participants who are currently breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed during the study period; 4. There are contraindications for PET/CT and MR scans.
