Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male, aged >= 60 years; for those with a family history of prostate cancer, aged >= 55 years; 2.Holding a household registration in Shenzhen or having resided in Shenzhen continuously for >= 3 years; 3.No confirmed history of prostate cancer; 4.Study participants voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with prostate cancer or receiving relevant treatment; 2.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency (eGFR 3 times the upper limit); 3.Having taken 5a-reductase inhibitors or androgenic drugs within the past 3 months; 4.In the acute phase of acute urinary retention or urinary system infection; 5.Suffering from cognitive impairment diseases that affect the ability to understand, follow, and comply with the study.
