Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 60–74 years, in accordance with WHO's definition of young elderly; 2. Patient is conscious and able to communicate; 3. Vital signs are stable; 4. Informed consent obtained, voluntarily participates.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe multi-organ dysfunction or severe chronic disease complications; 2. Individuals with severe malnutrition; 3. Patients with Alzheimer's disease (MMSE score <= 24); 4. Individuals who are bedridden for a long time; 5. Neurological diseases that cause proprioceptive disorders, such as polyneuritis.
