Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV constipation; 2.Age: 18 ~ 70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with toxic enteritis, megacolon, intestinal volvulus, gastrointestinal obstruction, gastric retention, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal perforation, etc.; 2. Individuals known to be allergic to the components of the study drug; 3. Those with a history of malignant tumors, radiotherapy or chemotherapy, or colorectal surgery; 4. Individuals with significant coagulation disorders, platelet abnormalities, or severe hematologic diseases; 5. Those with a history of mental illness; 6. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney diseases; 7. Those taking any drugs that may affect gastrointestinal motility, PPI, NSAIDs, or antibiotics (within 4 weeks prior to enrollment), or probiotics (within 2 weeks prior to enrollment); 8. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
