Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=18 years; 2.Clinical suspicion of perianal abscess or anal fistula requiring imaging evaluation; 3. No recent perianal surgery (within the past 3 months); 4. Agreement to participate in the study and provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of major perianal surgery (e.g., extensive anal reconstruction); 2. Pregnant women; 3. Contrast allergy or contraindications to MRI (e.g., cardiac pacemaker or metallic prosthesis implantation); 4. Severe infection requiring emergency surgery.
