Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Current students majoring in nursing who are completing an internship at the research site for >=3 months. (2) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Sick leave or personal leave lasting >=3 months; (2) Withdrawal from the study or internship during the research period; (3) Voluntary withdrawal by the subject during the research process, indicating unwillingness to continue participation.
