Interventions

Lidocaine group:Lidocaine was administered during both the induction and maintenance phases of anesthesia.
Control group:Administer an equivalent dose of normal saline during the anesthesia induction and maintenance phases.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-75 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification < IV; 3. No serious heart or lung diseases, liver or kidney dysfunction, neurological diseases, or history of lidocaine allergy, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The operation duration is less than 1 hour or longer than 2 hours. 2. Allergic to lidocaine or other anesthetic drugs; 3. Recent use of drugs that affect intracranial pressure or gastrointestinal function; 4. The presence of eye diseases or a history of surgery affects the measurement of the diameter of the optic nerve sheath; 5. Pregnant or lactating women, etc.
