18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA2 level; 2. Pregnant women aged between 18 and 40; 3. Weight 150cm; 4. Gestational age >=37 weeks. 5. Elective single cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; 2. Those allergic to amide local anesthetics; 3. Gestational hypertension or preeclampsia; 4. Gestational diabetes; 5. Asthma and heart diseases that require treatment; 6. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form; 7. Other conditions: such as rupture of membranes, active labor, cesarean section for twin or multiple pregnancies, restricted intrauterine development, placenta previa, congenital abnormalities of the fetus, etc.
