Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 900 LDH patients who received PELD treatment from the Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University, Peking University Third Hospital, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, Zhoukou Orthopedic Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College, and Beijing Sixth People's Hospital from July 16, 2025 to July 15, 2028 were included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with infections, tumors, and spinal deformities. 2. Those with concurrent dysfunction of other vital organs. 3. Those with combined abnormal immune function. 4. Those with severe mental disorders. 5. Patients with incomplete clinical and imaging data who were lost to follow-up. Collect general information of patients, preoperative and postoperative MRI results, pathological results of intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus, etc.
