Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with cataract and having indications for cataract surgery treatment; 2. Perform phacoemulsification for cataract aspiration and implant an intraocular lens; 3. Be able to and willing to abide by all treatment and follow-up plans; 4. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Irregular corneal astigmatism; 2. Patients with systemic diseases that may affect postoperative outcomes, such as those with unstable blood sugar control due to diabetes; 3. Amblyopia, strabismus, glaucoma, corneal diseases, severe fundus diseases and other eye diseases that may affect the postoperative effect; 4. A history of ocular trauma or other ocular surgeries may confuse the observation results; 5. Complications occur during the operation (such as capsule rupture, etc.); 6. The suspensory ligament is not in good condition and a tension ring has been implanted; 7. Failure to follow the doctor's advice; 8. Other circumstances where the researcher determines that the patient is not suitable for inclusion (minors, pregnant women, and special groups with mental disorders are not included in this study).
