Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients or family members give informed consent to the study and sign informed consent; 2.Pediatric surgery and gastrointestinal surgery patients with abdominal infection (suppurative appendicitis, intestinal perforation); 3.Both men and women; 4.Patients with no other serious systemic disease;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by severe heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; 2.Patients with malignant tumors; 3.She suffered from central nervous system and mental illness before surgery;
