Postoperative pain after cesarean section

Interventions

Group S1:A total of 20ml of 0.25% ropivacaine hydrochloride and 0.2mg hydromoradone hydrochloride were used for TAP block, with the same on both sides
Group S2:A total of 20ml of 0.25% ropivacaine hydrochloride was used for TAP block, the same on both sides

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy, full-term pregnancy, aged 20 to 39 years, BMI 18 to 30 kg/m^2, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart and lung diseases and pregnancy complications. 2. Those who are contraindicated to intraspinal anesthesia. 3. History of chronic pain diseases. 4. People with mental disorders and speech communication disorders. 5. People allergic to local anesthetics. 6. There is infection or ulceration on the abdominal wall skin, etc.
