Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clearly diagnosed as a patient with heart failure; 2. Those whose hospitalization period is from January 1, 2010 to October 31, 2024; 3. Those with detailed hospitalization records and relatively complete clinical data; 4. Gender is not limited. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 90 years old. 5. For patients with multiple hospitalizations, follow-up data are obtained based on the information of multiple hospitalizations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they had cardiogenic shock, severe ventricular arrhythmias, impaired consciousness, end-stage uremic renal insufficiency, terminal malignancy, or severe psychiatric disorders.
