18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the MCS international diagnostic criteria established by Giacino in 2002 or the VS diagnostic criteria proposed by Laureys in 2010; 2. Patients with a disease course of >= 28 days; 3. Within the past 1 month, no sedative drugs, antiepileptic drugs (sodium or calcium channel blockers) have been used; 4. Stable vital signs; 5. No obvious cerebral edema, hydrocephalus, or severe brain atrophy; 6. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 7. The patient's family has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of neurological or mental disorders; 2. Previous history of head trauma or cerebrovascular disease; 3. History of tumors; 4. In the past month, the patient has taken sedative drugs or anti-epileptic drugs; 5. Unstable vital signs; 6. The patient's family did not sign the informed consent form.
