Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 40; 2.Myopia up to -10.00 diopters (1000 degrees), Astigmatism up to -5.00 diopters (500 degrees), Stable refraction, with an increase of less than 0.50 diopters (50 degrees) per year. 3.Best-Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA) of 0.8 or better in both eyes; 4.SMILE surgery was performed on both eyes; 5.No other eye diseases; 6.The patient is a suitable candidate with the motivation for SMILE, good mental health, and realistic expectations about the results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refraction is significantly unstable (refractive changes >= 1.00 D every 2 years); 2. Patients with myopia in only one eye; 3. Cornea too thin (expected residual central stromal thickness < 280 µm) or suspected keratoconus or other corneal diseases; 4. History of eye diseases affecting refractive correction, such as cataracts, ptosis, etc.; 5. Severe systemic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, connective tissue disorders, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
